Curry Bean Burritos

Bonjour everyone, so if you are living in CAnada you are probably enjoying your day off. After canada day yesterday I think we deserve that day off, all the drinking and partying, a day to relax won't hurt. With everyday store being closed today, I had no choose but to improve for lunch. Thanks my  mother's love for beans, i manage to find a can of fava beans, and some vegetables to whip a bean burrito.

Ingredients:
1 can fava beans, resined and drained
1 red and yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 flat mushroom, thinly sliced
1 white or whole-wheat pita bread
1 tbsp garlic sauce spread
1 tbsp hot sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp curry
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp salt

steps:
1. Spice the bell pepper, yellow onion and mushroom with curry powder, black pepper, and hot sauce. Using a non-sticky skillet or frying pan, fry everything in the sesame oil for 5 minutes. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, preheat a non-sticky skillet, with 1 tbsp of sesame oil, add lava beans, pitch of salt, curry and black pepper. Stir for 1 minute, and let it cook for anther 3 minutes.
3. Warm the Pita bread, spread with garlic sauce (if you don't have garlic sauce, use hot sauce, or no sauce) Spoon fava beans and vegetables mixture, roll and serve! Sided with cold lemonade

I actually didn't make the garlic sauce, so you can buy one in any grocery store. The key element of this burritos, is Curry, people generally prefer spicy burritos, but like I said all stores are closed today so I had to improve. This should be able to serve 4-5 people. As always this is vegan and vegetarian friendly!
     Bon A Appetit
